At Spark Shell Craft, the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and their families is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus evolving situation and are basing our actions and decisions on recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada and relevant local authorities. At this time, we have implemented a number of procedures and protocols.

• Temporary Closure of our showrooms effective immediately.
• Temporarily Suspend Pickup orders effective immediately.
• Outside sales representatives will stop making in-person customer visits and will be making telephone calls from home to help serve customer needs.
• We will still be operating fully with orders accepted through our online ordering system or telephone order desks.
• Orders will continue to ship as normal via freight carriers.
