We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, most of the European countries and many other countries.

Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For more details, see individual items.

Delivery method
We are using Ground shipping service for Canada and the USA, International Parcel Surface shipping or Expedited for other countries. You can contact us for the express shipping options, additional charges will be applied.

Estimated shipping transit times

United States: 1-2 weeks
Canada: 1-10 business days
Other Countries: 2-5 weeks
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but unfortunately cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Multiple Shipments

If you order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying finish dates. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

Free Standard shipping for CANADA & USA on select products
This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories or areas outside of 48 contiguous United States. The term contiguous United States refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. Additional shipping fees may be required for orders ship outside of FREE SHIPPING destinations.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on select products after applied discounts and before taxes. The cost of shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. This offer may be combined with other offers and brand promotions.

A custom made piece may not qualify for free shipping due to its size and weight.

Damaged during the shipment

All items have excellent packing and protection for the shipment.  But if you find any damages during the shipment, please keep all original packing material and contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will request you to send us the below pictures for the necessary inspection and insurance purposes.

  • – The picture of the damaged item – the WHOLE item with damaged side face to the camera
  • – The picture of the damaged details – the CLOSE-UP picture of the damaged spot
  • – The picture of the outside of the packing box – the WHOLE packing box picture, if there is any damage/impact on the packing box, please take a picture
  • – The picture of the inner package – the inside of the WHOLE packing box, includes all protection wraps, foams and the item(s) itself

Once we have approved the claim, we will start the replacement or refund process. Please be advised, we may require the damaged good(s) to be returned to us for further inspection.

Package Can’t Be Delivered or Returned

We provide a tracking number to all our shipments, the buyer is responsible for accepting the item when it arrives, as well as paying any customs and duty fees for international shipments, where it applies. The buyer should contact the courier to rearrange delivery or pick up if need be. If the buyer’s remorse or any other reasons, such as the buyer is not available or not picking up, rejecting the package etc., the package can’t be delivered to the buyer or returned to us by the courier, all the cost will be on the buyer, and we are not responsible for any loss, damage or fees.


Customs and import taxes

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE:
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, AND VAT/GST TAXES. Such fees are NOT included in our shipping charge, which ONLY covers the actual postage/freight. We cannot legally charge or pay such fees for you.


Return, Exchanges and Cancellation

Contact us within 30 days of delivery

Ship items back to us within 60 days of delivery

A returned and exchanged order may be subject to a restocking fee of 5% to 25% of the purchase price.

We CAN NOT accept returns and exchanges for:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Items on final sale
– Items in shipment transit
– Used items
– Items without sales receipt
– Items that exceeded the above policy

For approved Returns, the buyer is responsible for 

  • Item(s) must be brand-new unused and still have all tags, parts
  • Must return in its original packing
  • Restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs, including brokerage fees, any customs, taxes, etc. Please see the details below “Return and Exchange Costs & Fees”

Exchanges must be approved by our customer care team. Please address all exchange inquiries.

Return and Exchange Costs & Fees

In the event that we approve a return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including brokerage fees, any customs, taxes, etc. and restocking fees. The refund or exchange will not be issued until the return is undamaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, including all original packing and parts, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If any of these occur during the return, these fees will be deducted from the refundable portion. Shipping fees are not refundable. For items that offered free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the amounts refundable.

Cancellation:

Cancelled orders are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase.
We do not accept cancellation of the following items:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items have been shipped

A cancelled order may be subject to a 5% to 25% restocking fee if cancelled after 24 hours have passed purchase.
Once the restocking fee is deducted the seller will then refund the remaining amount of the purchase price.

 


Damaged during the shipment:

While we diligently inspect and package our products, occasional damage may occur during shipping. Should you discover any damage to your item during transit, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment, which will be based on the tracking record. Pictures of the damage are required.
It is also important that you keep all of the original packages and contents, as they will be necessary for inspection purposes and return.
Once we receive the necessary information, we will promptly provide a resolution, such as repair or replacement, to ensure your satisfaction.
