I love the shelf, think it looks and works great, and the seller was very responsive to my questions. The shelf arrived very securely packaged and in perfect condition. Mounting it was relatively straightforward, though a bit more challenging than my first shelf/drawer that used a French cleat, and the directions that came with it weren’t quite right. Also, for anyone in the U.S., I had to fill out a very brief customs form and pay about $70 in import/customs fees. Again, the seller was very fast to respond to my questions and even filled the form out for me.
