I needed a cabinet for our newly remodeled bathroom that looked great with our decor, was small enough to fit in a limited space, and held what we needed. The dimensions of the standard version of this floating shelf fit the first two criteria, but wasn’t quite tall enough. I asked if the same item could be made 9 inches high, and was given a confirmation and price (only slightly higher than the original…no huge special order mark-up) the same day. When it came time to place the custom order, it included all details and dimensions so I knew that they were building exactly what I asked for. They told me to expect it in 3 to 4 weeks, and it took 27 days, so exactly as promised. Installation was simple and we love the results. If you’re looking for great workmanship and items crafted to your exact needs, these are the folks!

The item is nicely finished (ours is all white) and is sturdy, with a hinge that works well. The cleats were upside down on ours (FYI, check before getting it against the wall to hang up). I would have appreciated communication right after my purchase was confirmed. Wait time was longer than I initially expected, but the seller did respond to my inquiries and delivery did occur within the time frame that was committed to. Based on craftsmanship and safe delivery, I would do business with this person again.
